This is written in stone. Trust me, I can imagine how disastrous it would be to do a pitch without a finished deck or to delay production just because the brand font isn't finalized.
Just make sure the deadline is clearly outlined from the get-go and your feedback is timely.

There's an ongoing discussion about how bad clients getting in the way of designers are. When I create things for you, you're my inspiration. I love listening to client's ideas and doing my best to making them work. Or at least trying, so that no creative effort is disregarded.
